Help people celebrate people

This initiative begins as soon as a recruiter meets a candidate, and continues long after they sign an offer. "Celebrating people" means recognizing potential, nurturing unique talents, and embracing diversity. It involves ethical hiring practices, fair pay, transparency, and authenticity. It means creating environments where people (on the company and candidate side) feel safe, supported, accountable, and appreciated.

Our Founder's Story

After working in multiple different GTM roles, across enterprises, mid-level, and tiny startup companies alike, Xan realized there was one common thread tying together successful teams: great people.

She noticed that a company could have unlimited funding, perfect product-market fit, and a flawless GTM strategy, however it can not reach its full potential without having (and keeping) the right people. 

She also found people to be most fulfilling aspect of her work. It wasn't closing her biggest deal - it was coaching a rep who crushed their number. It wasn't her own promotion, it was celebrating the promotion of a colleague. It was finding and hiring amazing people, training members of her org, or coaching individuals across industries to help them find success & joy in their jobs.

So that's what we're all about at Confetti: great people. Because at the end of the day, people are what drive success. People turn a workplace into a meaningful place, a vision into reality, a startup into a unicorn. Confetti was created to change how we hire, support, and coach people.

Because people are worth celebrating.
